Ground, primed and rubberized the rear where rust was minimal. The front half is much worse but I have some Chassis Saver for that, just need to rip the guts out and do it.. Forgot to get a wire wheel today but thats gotta happen first..

One quarter panels worth.. PB Blaster for scale.. Literally up to my elbow in foam to remove it all... Much regret.

Did you try this bypass method yet? If you do, don't use a paperclip but an equally thick gauge and splice the two with the connecting piece of wire.

5/16th wrench to the 3 screws holding PCM and its out. Plug in the new one and reconnect it all. Easy.

Remove battery, underneath is the battery temp sensor. These can go bad and cause electric gremlins. you can move battery and not sensor, it will function normally.

Wheeler Mt hike on 7.27.13. The rock face Im on is as steep, if not steeper than it looks. It was about 70-75 degrees in pitch where I am, but get steeper as it goes. Id love to see someone attempt it in a (preferably XJ) jeep..

I've since switched back to amber markers, as opposed to the smoked one.. Had to for inspection, left em in.. Dunno why i like em more for some reason. Maybe cause its new and different..
