After several adjustments and re-adjustments later, the door is reinstalled and works like new. I do plan when I do either removable doors or half doors to change the bolts to standard hex head instead of Torx head. Too much pain in the a** to deal with.

Once i got the 2 halves separated I found there was no lower bushing left just an upper.

After 2 days and 4 broken T40 Torx sockets later the door finally came off. I did end up having to cut the head off of 1 of the lower hinge bolts, the torx teeth were gone completely. I figure that 5 out of 6 bolts is good enough for now.

My upper hinge pin has substantial play in the bushing sleeves. Interestingly enough only the upper hinge on the driver's side is worn out, so less work for me.
