I used a 2 inch, 3/16 inch thick square tubing. I cut one side off and rounded it. It fits the link pretty good and provides a good shoulder for the pin to rest on.

Here is how they came out. I used a 4 1/2 inch long 1/2 inch grade 5 bolt as my pin. Cut off before the threads and drill a hole through it. Over all added extension around is 3 1/2 inches which is perfect for my lift. Adjustments can be made by adding washers to the bolt that mounts bracket to the sway bar.

Thought they might work better if they were straight so I made a jig to align them and put them in a vise.

Cut first link before bend and the second after the bend and matched them up. It adds about 1 1/2 inches to total length.
