While I had the housing off, I was reading through Advanced Adapter’s installation instructions and realized I missed a step when I first installed the SYE. Note the gap between the bearing race and the seat on the housing. This was supposed to be pressed in and secured with a retaining ring. Not sure how I missed this, but lucky that I caught it here.
