When I got this jeep it did not run. My uncle had experimented with timing belt placement, and i believe that is what led to the cam journals(3 of the 5) cracking like this. I was unware of this condition, and put roughly 100 miles on the jeep after getting it running. Finding this was a little discouraging. But I was able to drill the 'caps' out to go over 8mm bolts, and drill and tap the head for threads, and they all bolt down now. I now have 3 camshaft 'caps'.
