Gently use plastic trim removal kit to pry the trim pieces off. The bottom one is first on each window.

The seals will either come out with the trim, or you may be able to lift the outer window seals out first.

The window trim will come up. The clips on the bottom trim piece may come up with it, the seal, or stay on the door.

The trim pieces will fit back on by pressing the groove of seal onto the door, in reverse order of removal.

Each piece overlaps others like this. Remove the top piece first. (On the rear windows the bottom trip piece, then both sides, then the top will be removed. The front windows start with the bottom trim, then the piece that runs vertically, then the large piece that follows the A-Pillar.)

This is the hardest part of the rear windows. Try not to bend the trim, but it can be straightened out a bit before paint.

These are the clips that hold the outer window seal, and the lower trim pieces. There are two that are thinner that hold the trim on the front quarter windows. (They do not hold a seal)

Paint on the stripper, let it sit, scrap off with plastic razor and gloves. You'll need several pairs of gloves. Wipe off with paper towels, wash clean.

Lightly sandpaper all areas of the trim to be painted, and spray a coat of this acid #8 etch primer.

Primer.
Primer.

Once primer has dried, lightly coat with plasti-dip. Multiple coats works much better than one or two thick coats. Spray all angles. (Note-back of trim should not be sprayed) Should be enough in can for 4 to 5 coats. Any more and it won't spray as smoothly.
