First week

First week of cleaning up the new Cherokee. It came from Delaware where it was a winter snow vehicle for an older couple. Garage kept most of its life and not a hint of rust anywhere!

Rear springs are really beat and it has virtually no cargo capacity, especially with the 30x9.5 BFG ATs. When time permits, we're going to put one of Dirk's Old Man Emu 3.5" kits on to improve cargo capacity. Read more ยป

My partner taping up insulation. It's just standard home R-13 insulation, now sandwiched between the headliner and roof. Dramatically improved road noise. We also coated the cavities of all the doors with peal n seal (dynamat type stuff).

Wow, the rear springs are so shot! That's only 12 bags of mulch in there! The OME 3.5 will fix all of this!
