Paint and clear coat failed on the Jeep
<$100 bucks to sand & paint. Project took 17 hours of labor.

During sanding had to scrap some failed clear coat off the hood. used a steel plate as an ice scraper.  1 x 2 foot area took 2 hours to remove.

i taped different size symbols to the jeep to figure out what size looked the best. Then made 15 Bio Hazard symbol templates on heavy paper - three for each color used.

each template took 15 min to cut out with x-acto knife

bio hazard paint test run - Primed cardboard with base coat then used 1 Template to spray each color.  Experimented with paint coverage &amp; using all or partial of the symbol

three colors on the hood. You can see I went in a direction group of spraying, took a break for 5 minutes then painted across it for a second coverage. The goal was to have the best coverage of the symbols and keep the jeep total color light.

did roof racks. had to sand, prime with black paint, then base coat, then camo.

Removed radiator grill from JEEP, Cleaned, base coat black then other colors for bio symbol, reinstalled.
