Just like i thought. Just barely on the bolt. Can actually hold it with a screwdriver to tighten. Will replace with a 9/16 bolt and nut. Thinking about knocking the cut back and leaving unwelded. Passenger side i welded the nut. Both pockets full of dry idaho dirt no rust. These brackets are galvanized i think. I probly die anytime now after welding the other side

Held the pack with my knees and put the main through my legs to set on center pin. New center pins are much longer can be cut after packs together

Passenger side to me looks pretty healthy. Long even arch to it. This gained about 2.25" lift over my factory ragged out springs. The long ada leaf was good for about exactly an 1" compto the crown without the extra leaf on the drivers side. Its ill probly have to drill a hole 2" down on my shock towers but may wait to see how much it settles or get some shocks a couple inches longer

The 2nd one i took apart is on the bottom notice it doesnt have the washer. Its already set up for higher pressure than the first one.

Drill that thing to 5/32 Remove the washer on the thing to the left, strech the spring. Reaaamble and test this mod is suppsed to take the pump from 1050 psi to 1400ish.
