Mostly rust free. Outside of minor surface rust. Brought this jeep from out west so pretty much rare that it has ever seen salt in its life.

The rust from the fuse block is most concerning and I'll need to be very careful when cleaning and treating it.

I still have some work to do on the firewall but hopefully the rust is more cosmetic so I don't have to get more creative.

Good fitment on the transmission tunnel side. I'm buying new hardware for the transfer case linkage. The bottom 2 bolts were rusted to death.

After a tremendous amount of work this was the final result and I'm very happy with it.

You can see the method I used here tracing the new floor pan and drilling out the spot welds I left a half inch of over hang for the new pan.
