The vehicle was recently purchased by my brother. It's a 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee WJ. It ran great for about a month, and then his son went to start it after being parked with the wrong key. A couple of the cylinders became flooded with fuel, the intake was soaked with fuel, and the exhaust dripped with fuel. Several troubleshooting attempts have been made to include key entry and computer flashing, thinking it was electronic. The vehicle sat for several years before being cleaned up and sold to my brother. We dropped the fuel cell to verify the pump didn't have return leaks from the PSI regulator, and then we tested the fuel PSI rails (rock solid 50PSI). However, we're leaning toward the fuel injectors, but have never heard of several going at the same time after working flawlessly. Looking forward to this community's support. All the best, Dave.
