Default please help

I have a 99 xj throwing a code for the sensor 1 bank 1 o2 sensor, so I replaced the sensor and still have the same code. How do i test my wiring harness with a multimeter, what setting do I use on it and what reading should I get when i touch the pins

Did you reset the cel? What is te particular code and is the wiring visibly ok?

I just went thru a big O2 sensor mess myself, im no expert but i know a little. What emissions package do you have?
