Default Led light wiring

Relativly new to modding my jeep
I recently purchased a set of led lights off of Amazon to mount to the roof of my xj. However they are wired in such a way that it uses a wireless remote rather than being hard wired to a switch in the dash. Is there any way to bypass the wireless receiver and hard wire it to a switch? Or will that screw everything up

Take the two leads coming out of the lights, put the ground to ground and wire a relay to a switch.
