I've' never heard of that brand, but they are probably okay, but.... fusing on the relay is more gimmick than good practice. Fuse your supply as close to the battery as you can, and yes, you can run one wire to supply the three relays.

I also like the idea of switching the ground, but it's not a big deal either way.

The most important thing is to know your amperage draw and size your wiring and relays accordingly.
