First thing I would do is contact this guy and buy one of his headlight harnesses.

People say you will see a 30% increase in output. I combined these with what is called the BrightLite versions of stock headlights.

Sure you could find them cheaper.
Most likely other guys will chime in with all sorts of suggestions. I just wanted basic headlights. More then happy with how this combo works.
