Help, spider gears in a dana 35

OP: If you can afford about $100 bucks go to ur local PickNPull and buy an 8.25 and throw it under instead. All that metal in that housing didn't do the gears any good at all. IMO I wouldn't even pay the price to re-fill the Dana 35 with fluid and RTV


If your stock height you may need the 8.25 drive shaft. I put one in a jeep with 3 inch lift and 33s and the D35 drive shaft fit like stock.

All you need are the C8.25 U bolts and the complete C8.25. Get a 29 spline.

Just my 2 cents.

Wont bolt into Comanche if axles un bolt from drum area its non c clip...

I found a set of gears online for 50$ and got the rtv and gear oil sitting around, for a 200$ investment and how much rust is on it im just gonna make it move, then make it stop, and have a new toy for under 300$
