drive train swap
Hello, I just got a 87 Cherokee with the 4.0L,5 speed, 4x4. But I want that in my 87 Comanche 4cyl, 4 speed, 2x4. Looking for advice, info sources, cheap lift ideas?
The Cherokee wheelbase is 12" shorter and has the 3.07 rear axle, haven't found numbers on Comanche axle, they look the same, but planned on using the other one anyways. And just get a longer drive shaft made?
Ive heard of issues with firewall and radiator support differences? Everything looks the same but not sure what to look for.
