Default comanche misfire.

Alright guys. I dont post a lot due to I like figuring out things myself but this renix is killing me.The issue is with my 88 comanche i6 4.0. I have replace just about everything under the hood except actual engine and trans.. the issue Im having I have misfire on two cylinders. My uncle says that the issue is an electrical problem the big issue is that he is in Puerto Rico and Im in alabama so he is just talking based on symptoms i gave him and his 20+yrs of mechanical experience. I have replace the spark plugs about 3 times now. Ive check the c101 as well as other plugs wire grounds. starter been replace injectors are fine (have tested them twice).
the reason why he thinks is electrical is because the comanche wouldnt start for about a month, also there is no slap noise from the bottom end from when you break rod or wear out main bearing. I have been really busy so i hadnt had time to work on it. last weekend I went out side and jumped the starter now it cranks fine with the key sometimes (Im sure the ignition switch is bad). so what do you guys think can cause this Misfire ? I apologize for my english but it is my second language so if my grammer is bad please forgive me.

I did change them. Is it normal for our computer to go bad and could that possibly cause it?
