'14 KL Cannot turn off alarm other than at battery

'14 KL Cannot turn off alarm other than at battery
Greetings all,
I was emptying my hatch and was 30 feet from the car when the alarm started alarming... no buttons on the fob had any effect, unlocking with metal key in door did not work, opening door with fob in hand did not work, tried pulling the cap off the dash push starter button but it really does not want to come off and I really don't want to further brick my car by breaking that button.
Ok so if that is not odd enough, the car will start (by me pressing the dash button) while the alarm is alarming!!!
Wat can I do besides removing the battery cable? All dealers are closed in my state today btw.

Also, does anyone know the horn fuse location. I have seen references to F42, whitch I tried and it did not disable the horn.
