Default Transmission updates

I have a 2015 latitude v6 ad1 9spd Cherokee and I am not happy with the transmission/shifting inconsistency of it. Does anyone have a list of the updates/flashes that were put out and if so did any of them work. I have had a series of them done but I think they were trying to compensate for the infamous "wobble" which I just had fixed thank god. Now it's time to focus on the tranny. Right now it seems the biggest annoyance is that when not coming to a complete stop and then accelerating again "like rolling through a stop sign" it will bang into 1st gear and actually spin the tire for a bit depending on how hard I'm on the gas. Sound familiar to anyone?

Default my condolences

I have a 2014. Been the worst vehicle situation I have ever dealt with. Trying to sort it out is what has me here as well. I have had 5 !!!! "software upgrades" Flashes, recalls. A lot of different names. Nothing has worked. The engine revs against braking, hesitates at times and then slams into gear. . . .been to four different dealerships. Some act as though they understand, others act straight up nasty after the 3rd or fourth visit with the same issue. Filed a case with FCA. Like pushing a boulder up a hill. The value for trade is off due to nobody wanting them. . .Not sure if the 15's and 14's share issues. Sounds like maybe somewhat.

I believe I found out what my issue is today. As far as I understand as I slow down the tranny shifts from third to first and bypasses 2nd gear. This causes it to slam when you try to accelerate to hard. This I was told is due to one of the updates. I'm not sure if they can reprogram to get second back but I need to check on it.

Sometimes new ideas hit the market to quickly before enough testing in the field to work out all the kinks, I am sure the next flash/update will fix the problem. Of course by the time they come up with a permanent fix, they will create something else that does not work.

It seems like an easy enough fix so let's hope so.
