Default Poor Radio Reception

I just bought a brand new 2016 Jeep Cherokee and it has poor radio reception. I took it back to the dealer and they said there was nothing wrong with it. Can i just replace the antenna? I'm hoping for an easy fit that dealer couldn't be bothered with.

There is a tsb for Sirius reception. Not sure on fm reception though. Some have reported there antennas have come loose and they can hand tighten them.

It is the 5th TSB from the bottom in the link below. I didnt give you a direct link just so you could see the full list of TSBs if you havent already. Also, the TSB is for 2014, but if you can identify the part number (maybe?) and tell that it is bad.
