Cost and what your buying it on would be helpful.

I didn't know Chrysler still offered that plan... I know they offer extended warranties (we bought a 2014 Grand Cherokee with 53k miles when we got it and I've been looking into it since the basic warranty has expired and the powertrain warranty will be up in 40k miles). Would be interested to know more about this as well.

In the past, if it was the manufacturer warranty (not an extra one bought separately) the lifetime only covered the original buyer.

I had one on an old 2008 Patriot that I had. Covered it to over 100k miles before I got rid of the vehicle.
