2nd times a charm...Oil on Plastic Cover at cap?

2nd times a charm...Oil on Plastic Cover at cap?
Hey Guys...
First post besides intro.
I just bought her...13K 2015 Cherokee Trailhawk...loaded.
When I was looking her over. Everything looked fine for a car with 13k, except for the oil on the plastic cover where the cap for the oil filter was at.
Was this just an over zealous Carmax oil change tech or could this be something I need to have looked at before my 5 days are over?
I didn't notice oil anywhere else.
