2017 Jee Cherokee Voice Commands isn't understanding
Hi I got the 2017 Jeep Cherokee and I love it however I'm having problems with the voice command. It does not understand my commands when I want it to play music off of my Spotify. Is there a voice training tool ?

No, I looked for that on my '14 Grand Cherokee with the 8.4N navigation radio. Since you're using one of the apps, voice recognition might not be on point. Does it understand you for other commands, like calling, changing the radio station on AM, FM, or SiriusXM, or similar commands? Worst comes to worst you might need to go to the dealer and have the radio reflashed with software.
You CAN, however, ask Siri to play music for you if you press and hold the VR button on the steering wheel instead of just pressing it momentarily (that activates the Jeep's built-in voice recognition, or VR system), but I don't have an iPhone, so I couldn't tell you if Siri works with Spotify or not.
