2015 Cherokee Wipers - Misting How to Fix

2015 Cherokee Wipers - Misting How to Fix
Looking for assistance on how to fix my Wipers Misters. The right side (passenger side) sprays, but doesn't hit the entire windshield. The left side (driver side) just gushes out and doesn't hit my windshield, it just leaves a puddle on the hood.

Can you provide a link of where to buy these (Amazon?)? I'm good with tutorials, otherwise I'm not a car junkie to exactly know how to fix. Got the Cherokee this March.
