For sure. People dead is no biggy when profits are involved. Their million dollar lawyers will fight claims while their accountants do some creative work that turns the settlement amount in to a tax writeoff and nets the company a profit by exploiting tax code loopholes.

Im stating the one byproduct of it is less harmful than pure CO2. As mentioned earlier all the other refrigerants have some form of byproduct wether it be Fosgene, or the butane, etc.. For this new stuff, we just havent found out exactly what the negatives are yet. Only tests so far show the CO2 comparison since this refrigerant is still in its early stages.
Interesting. I can't see them using it if it posed a legitimate threat, however... They wouldn't just produce something that's going to blow up and poison people when it gets into an accident, would they? Danger of lawsuits, etc.
