The guys and I at my shop have a trip planned for Rausch Creek October 26-27th. It's the last weekend in October. We're hoping this is planned far enough ahead for people to get their rigs ready. We're in the process of modifying our rigs as well. So far we're up to about 6-7 rigs. We're not trying to get a huge follow-the-leader group going for one trail as i've seen at rausch. We'd like to keep groups to around 6-8 rigs MAX to prevent hold-ups and trail traffic. Groups will be chosen by what trail difficulty people are willing to do. No one will be judged if you want to stick to blue and green trails. I've been there as well as many other people.

A CB radio is recommended but not necessary by any means. If this will be your first time at Rausch, PLEASE BRING A SPARE TIRE as well as trail repair tools, recovery gear, and parts. We understand not everyone has every tool and we will be more than happy to help if we can but remember the 5 P's. Proper Preparation Prevents Poor Performance. You'll thank me later.
