Hi, names wyatt, located in rochester ny. Bought myself a clean white xj from the south. Plan to lift it on some 31's and hit the trails with some guidance. I used to be a car guy into dsms aka mitsubishi eclipses and eagle talons. I know a lot about turbos and small motors. Not too much about 4x4 but am willing to learn.

So, turbo jeep maybe? It might not be cost effective, but man would it be cool.

 

Welcome to the site. How much rust is on it? A lot of these NY vehicles get killed by rust.

 

I have seen a few builds of turbo xj's could be sweet! but i need to be reliable haha thats why i got out of the turbo game

My cherokee is a florida jeep with 137k, no rust at all. undercoated before the first 2 winters its seen.
