Woosah!
Live in Ridgeway SC. Wheel frequently. Other than wheeling I love camping, backpacking, kayaking, fishing, and pretty much everything outdoor related. I'm also a welder and fabricator and over the years have built some pretty insane rigs. Any questions on fabrication I'll be glad to help. I'll enjoy chatting with you all!

A more proper introduction:
This is "blue boy", my latest creation.
Late 70's model LP Dodge Powerwagon Dana 44 front, with 4.56's, chrome moly axle shafts, warn hubs and trussed. Held in place by a custom 3 link set up I built using 2"x2" 1/4" wall square steel tube 37" long, with 1 1/4" Trail gear creeper joints on the body end. Axle is stretched forward 3" from stock with a little over 6" higher ride height. Most are custom made brackets, the rest are from Barnes 4WD.
Rear axle is a van width Ford 9" out of '85 model cargo van, 4.56's, 31 spline shafts and locked. 68" wheel mounting space (same as front) Rear leafs are bastard packs that put it around 6" higher than stock. Rear is stretched 2".
Steering is 1 1/2" 1/4" DOM tube with 3/4 heims on high steer knuckles and 1 ton TRE on pitman arm. 2"x8" hydrolic ram, two 3' quarter inch NPT lines to a drilled and tapped YJ box make up the rest.
Transfer case is '82 model Dana 300 twin stick with 32 spline output adapted to the AW4 with Novak clocking ring. Front driveshaft is stock XJ front shaft out of a 5 speed model (2" shorter than auto) and rear is custom lenghtened 8" from a stock XJ front shaft.
Tires are 35x12.50x15 BFG radial MT's on a 15x10 32 bolt beadlock and balanced with 2500 airsoft pellets per tire.
Custom 2" x 4" tube bumper with D ring mounts
Exhaust is 2" diameter fit on driver side with Flowmaster
No mods to the motor yet other than removal of A/C.
All welding and fabrication was done by me. As was the entire 3 link design, axle setup, webbed crossmember setup and beadlocks. I built this in under 100 hours and I have around $3400 invested including stock purchase price. This is not a daily driver, but I drive it to all wheeling trips and occasionally camping and fishing trips.
