Default Thanks!

I just gopt my Jeep last night after about 3 months of research, from this site. Wanted to thank you all for all the good info that you have put out there.
About the jeep: It was one of those deals where i had to drive 80 to beat all the other people to be the first one there. Its a 2000 with 95,000 on the clock, power everything, and evan has emaculat leather. Only down side is no hitch but i think that can be found quite easy and it pulls to the right a little (maybe a low tire). All this for 3200, i think i did pretty well. I will post some pics when i get her home today. Thanks again. Evan

I hear you! I just picked up my 05 GC Limited with 95k on the odo and I had to beat back lookiloos crowding around and make the sale pronto! Mine even pulls to the right (perhaps a slow leak) as well.

found out the cruise didnt work, along with the air blowing just throw defroster. Found a vacuum leak by the battery like i have read. it fixed it right up. And it turned out to be just a low tire, the front driver had only 10 kbs in it. Next problem is all the dog hair in this thing. I think this lady shaved her dogs in the jeep.

Nice!

As for the dog hair use rubber dipped gloves, home depot has them, about 3-4$ a pair. They are blue in color. Just make sure you don't get the plastic dipped one they will not work.

All you have to do is put them on and rub the interior down. The hair will come right up. We used to do this when detailing cars.

Good luck!

Thanks everone for the welcomes and advise. Since i was last on here i replaced my two wheel joints (are all jeeps this rusty!?),oil change, And the biggie: was driving around with my brother running the line above 210 and then blam! red line, pull over let it cool for about 5 minutes checked the temp and it was back down. I checked CF for hours and did all the tricks i had read, the coolant looked good but i decided to flush any ways, flushed out the heater core and it pooped out bloobs of orange crap. Flushed everything very well, did the usual and now its running like a stripped *** ape. This site is one of the best ones i have seen, I,ve been working on cars for a while and this is a very good resource. some pics i promised of the ol' girl:
