Not a problem. I am not a diehard Jeeper like the rest of you. I appreciate your allowing me on here.

As far as answering tech questions, other than the automatic transmissions there isn't much I haven't fixed or rebuilt on my Jeeps. But of course, that probably applies to most of your members.

 

For you folks with old timey Jeeps I have used these guys many times in the past. Great folks to get parts from. Not advertising for them, just great resources and honest to deal with.

Thanks Steve. I'm a network engineer by trade but I do tons of mechanic work. I have a pretty good shop but I don't have the ability to do the machining. I do have to neighbors who are retired machinist with full blown shops at their houses.
