Hi I'm Eric I live in Johnstown, PA I have a hard on for jeeps...except the new 2014 Cherokee (which is nasty looking).
I have two jeeps 98 Cherokee and a 06 Grand Cherokee..
The Cherokee might be RIP soon, it has 198,000miles on it. And in need of some minor body repairs rocker panels which is normal and a little bit on the left side quarter panel. I don't have the know how to fix it.
Please give me some tips on what to do and if anyone lives near the area maybe we can meet.

You're in an active area with PA/MD. Rusted rockers are commonly cut out and replaced with 2x6 box steel for rigs that see rocks, and the rust on the quarter panel could likely be patched. If it's at the bottom, you could do a cut&fold of your wheel wells to open them up a bit.
