Default noob

Hi, everyone. I am Gabriela and own a Jeep Cherokee Sport 2001. I previously owned a 1998 Cherokee and really like them in general. The one I have now I bought totaled at an auction and a friend helped me put it back together and in driving conditions. I like it! It does have some issues and I figured I'd look into this forum to get advice and information, so I'm looking forward to reading what people have to say and to interacting with other Jeep Cherokee fans.

Welcome from CA. I like that you rescued a totalled Jeep and brought it back to life. I would love to see some pics of it. Hopefully the experts here can help you work out those problems.

What happened to the '98?

Hey everyone! Thanks for the welcome. I am in San Diego for a while, was born in Mexico City. I thought I had a pic of the totaled Jeep for my avatar but maybe I did it wrong... let's see if I can attach it and another pic of the car a few months ago.

BTW, as you can see "totaled" was the easy way to go for the insurance company, as it usually is... it really wasn't that big of a deal to get it back in shape.

Heh. Thanks. That's a friend's paddleboard. I used it to paddle for a friend at a Rough Water Swim. Much better than a longboard, which I tried on the swim the previous year, but somewhat of a mess to move around with.

Missed this question the first time.

Sold the 98, got the 2001. I was moving to San Diego then and had to get it CA approved, so I figured that everything would work out better that way.
