Newbie in WA
Hey all. Im Jessica. Picking up a 97 XJ tomorrow. SO STOKED, but researching the hell out of the few things that need work.
1. AC isn't workin... yes, we actually need it in WA.
2. Replacing the passenger lock mechanism? I will look deeper under the door panel this following week to see what is awry...
3. It desperately needs a little bit of a beefed up exhaust, suspension and the plastic trim either refreshed/painted.
We are buying one to haul the family around in during the winter as well as the husband wants something other than his truck to use hunting. Personally, I've always loved the XJ. We have had a load of Jeeps in the fam.. from a 92 XJ years ago, and second generation owners of a 68 Commando. I've been into cars/trucks my whole life thanks to being a tom boy. (THanks dad) I'm not new to working of vehicles..
So anyways, HI!!!!!
