Newbie with 2001 Sport in Maryland
I'm Tom F., just bought a 2001 XJ with 51K miles on it. Bone stock except for some later Jeep alloy rims, super clean, its a medium metallic grey with grey interior: pretty much stealth. I'll be using it as a daily driver, which includes some off road because of my work.
No big wish list yet, I just want to drive it some and see how it goes.
The one thing that needs immediate attention is tires. I've had great luck over the past fifteen years with BFGoodrich AT/KOs, but it looks like they are not available in the stock 225/75/15 size. Any problems with a slight increase to 235? Other recommendations for excellent AT tires?

Welcome and congratulations on the 51k XJ... That is a good find.
As for the tires, my dad has Goodyear Wranglers on his comanche that are 235s. They look great...
