Hello all,

New to this side of the forum, feel like I already know everybody, haha. Iv used this site for some serioulsy extensive research and figured it was about time to join in on the conversation.

I have a 2X4 Cherokee Sport with all the usual issues that im currently in the process of fixing. Falling headliner (completely redone last weekend with all the credit going to this forum). This weekend replacing the Valve Cover Gasket is on the menu (once again reasearched here) also got a new jack in the mail (bought without one) and getting ready for some new tires and brakes before winter.

It all started about 3 years ago when I bout it with a blown engine for $500, 73k on the body. Then bought a 4.0L with 50k for $500 and paid a buddy $200 to help me put it in (pain in the a$$). The guy I bought it from got it for his daughter to drive in college and she decided to make the 5 hour drive home with no coolant one day . Lucky for me!!!

As of today he's got right at 124K and is starting to leak oil at the valve cover. other than that its been smooth sailing (knock on wood) other than coolant hoses and oil changes. Cant complain for $1200. Looking forward to helping out with what i know and to gain a little knowlege myself. See you guys out there!
