hi all! i guess im the newb again... i just joined and to be honest, i dont own a cherokee, or any jeep for that matter. im no stranger to off roading and wheeling though. these are my toys for the mud/ trails

and i wheel more than anybody on this forum, guarenteed, only thing is, its not the same kind of wheeling or the same kind of rig

heres my primary wheeler now a days...



an accident about 6 months ago left me paralyzed from the waist down (T12 for anybody that knows much about the spine and such)

i just thought id stop in and say hi, and let you all know that the main reason i joined is because i like to spend my freetime reading build threads and figured a jeep forum would be great for that lol

 

Welcome. I am a newbee here too, you don't have to have a jeep to get tons of inspiration from this group. The fabricators on here do some amazing work, I enjoy reading/seeing that.

Sorry to hear about the accident, but I am glad to see you have a good outlook about it 6 months out. I have a freind that fell out a tree stand and that time frame was really rough, he is out a couple years now and has the positive outlook.

Where abouts in IA, I am in Mt Pleasant.

I'm up near dubuque, live on a farm between a town of 200 and a town of 400 lol.

I bought a truck down in mount pleasant last year actually. Got it from Johnson Car Company, ever heard of him? Small used car dealer near the John Deere dealerhip

 

I sure do, he actually in the old AMC Jeep building. You should have seen all t he Jeep stuff @ that auction.

I remember he had a badazz wrangler on the floor that was display only... I believe it was his own personal vehicle

I'm about 30 minutes west of dubuque, between new vienna and luxemburg.

I didn't realize there would be multiple people this close to home lol
