Default New XJ owner

Hey guys. I just acquired a 94 XJ. It has an exhaust, a 4" lift i believe, and some 18" wheels wrapped with 285/70s i believe. My little brother gave me the jeep. And i must say, i love it.
It leaks oil and transmission fluid like crazy. Has a death wobble that could beat eggs for scrambling. And is dirty. But its mine, and paid for. I'm hear to soak up whatever information i can. Ill also be starting a build thread soon. I just need to read read and more read.
I'm not to sure of the does and donts of building a jeep. Like for example... what exactly does a long arm kit do?
But here it is with a little 2nd amendment rights to finish it off.
