Default new from the pnw

hey everyone, names frank, and i just got my first cherokee. its a 1990 cherokee with a high output 6. not sure if thats anything special, but just saying. has alot of issues with wiring and i have no idea what im doing. i got it yesterday, and discovered the headlights and tailights are on a custom switch, no brake lights, wipers didnt work, license plate light didnt work, guage ckuster lights dont work, and alot more.

today i tried figuring out the brakes, with no success, but i was able to hardwire the wipers to the battery on a switch. and i connected my license plate light to the rear wiper switch and disconnected the rear wiper. the notor is blown out in it anyways.

as of right now im living in bonney lake, washington. i came here from oklahoma on personal business and should be here till around augast of next year. dont really know anyone near me and am looking forward to meeting people while im here. thanks for having me and i look forward to the forums and people here.

if you blew that much on it I would go straight to the fuse box and have a quick look, then check to see what some hack did to your wiring... good luck, wiring issues suck, got a few myself, I am in the puyallup area across the valley from ya on south hill
