Hello all,
I've owned this thing since 1996.
I use it for most of my maintain driving when I can. The wife owns a 2005 Subaru outback. No leg room to speak of. So I try to keep the Jeep running. Almost 200,000 K on it.
It used to leak from the luggage rack. Fixed.
The Transmission Neutral, reverse switch kept falling off. Fixed.
The clock spring started smoking whlie I was driving it. Fixed.
The ABS went out. Still out.
The transmissions leaks. Still leaks after rebuild.
The driveline vibrates badly at any speed above 64 MPH. Cannot find a bad drive shaft or U-joint.
The Alarm computer and main computer has been changed out.
The radio display is fading.
The paint's clearcoat is coming off at an alarming rate.
The 5.2 gets an average of 11 MPH.
I'm sure there's more, but I just can't remember right now.
But the worse thing is that the headlamps are a bit duller than a blown out matchstick at 1000 yards.

So, How's everyone?

Hey nedro. I have a 95 GC Laredo with the plastic headlight covers. Once a month, I break out the Turtle Wax rubbing compound and give them the old elbow grease. Makes 'em look brand new!!
