On Saturday I am buying an 88 cherokee wagoner with 130k miles on it for $500. I had to haul it away because it overheats. I believe the problem is due to air in the system (in which case I need to "burp" it), or it could be a faulty thermostat.

My question is:
Are there any other common problems I should watch out for?
Also, what should I name her? She's an off white... I think.
