Hello all,

Just thought I would introduce myself my name is Joe and of course I am new here but am on my third XJ. I now have a 1997 that I have some mild plans for. My first one was a 1990 that I paid $300 for and drove for three years and sold for $300. I also had at one time an 1986 that I got for free and was going to make it my off road to and didnt have the time or money at the time to work on it so sold it for $300. I have also owned a MJ that was given to me and was in the process of moving so gave it back to the person that gave it to me.

So there is a little bit of my jeep experiance I am new to the modification side of the house but I am mechanically inclined so plan to do alot of work myself and may need some advice from time to time. But look forward to having some good conversations with you all.

My plans Consist of the following
Lift Kit 3" - 4.5" 31's or 33's
new bumpers F&R
Renew complete brake system(ie braided brake lines and possiable rear conversion)
renew interior
rebuild motor (possible stroker)
strengthen trans and transfer
Lockers
Headlight conversion
New paint

Work will be done as I can afford it

Things I would also like to do if available
stock style LED tail lights
