I finally pulled the trigger on a 1993 XJ last weekend. I've been out of town so I didn't have a chance to join and post earlier.
I don't know everything done to it but from what the previous owner told me it has a 4.5" lift, 35" tires, chromoly front axles and a Ford 8.8 rear end.
Fenders have been cut, not to my liking but what do you do, and the interior is pretty dirty but the price was good enough to have some work to do.
I look forward to learning a lot and please bear wit me and all my Jeep ignorance...
Welcome to XJ ownership. It's a whole new nightmare/dream at once. I'm not too far from you over here in south Arlington. I've rebuilt my one owner 98, so feel free to holler at me.

Racer98xj I may be doing that this spring. I have a couple of other projects I have to finish before I am allowed to work on the XJ but having someone that I can bounce ideas off of that has experience would be great.
