New guy from Indiana; 2nd Cherokee
Hey folks,
Got my 2nd XJ in Feb; couldn't pass up the deal, it's a 93 2 door 4x4, 63k miles, A/C works, remote start, everything is cool except the turn signal stalk, my cruise control doesn't work and neither do my delay wipers, aside from that most everything is A-1. Rockers are rusted out :-( Nice stereo, dorky black-painted stock rims with 30 x 9.5 tires that rub. Dorky, peeling and purple self-tint job by PO. It was somebody's winter-only 4x4 for 14 years and put 11,000 miles on it- guy I bought it from drove it for 3 and put the other 52,000 on it.
Anyway, I realized about a week after I bought it that I'm not nearly as cool as I was when I owned my last one (!) so I'm thinking about selling it or trading it... we'll see. Maybe I'll get bitten by the Jeep bug lurking about on these forums for a while.

welcome from CO! the jeep sounds to be in good shape, just needs some work, i think you could very easily be as cool as you ever could want to be. (if you build it right)
