Default New guy here! Needing some advice

Hey guys I'm new to the forum and new to the jeep world. I've been around jeeps and wheeling but never owned my own.
Ok so now I have two xj's a 92 and a 91

So here is the 92. It's a hunk of crap.
Here is the good: it has a Dana -44 with a Detroit locker
Here's the bad:
-it has a terrible lift, with huge blocks under the leafs and coil spacers....

Now here is the newest jeep a 91

Stole this one for 500$ and I love it. So I'm in the process of swapping everything from the other jeep over to this one. I'm about to buy 4.5" leafs to get rid of the blocks, and also coils. I'm also putting the Dana 44 in this one too. I will have to wait to purchase the coils later on so the spacers will have to do for now.
What other things should I be looking into?? A SYE, longer brake lines?? I'm trying to fit 35's as well.

My future plans for the jeep are a 4.5" long arm lift
Thanks guys! Any advice is greatly appreciated

A couple more things i left out. Im trying to do this build on a budget. So i may be making the bastard pack with hopes of getting at least 4.5" of lift out of it. Any info on the bastard pack would help
