Hi everyone! I am the proud new owner of this 1997 Cherokee. I have been on the forum for a couple of months and have found many useful tips and pieces of information, I thought it was time to say hello and Thank You to all that post their finds, fixes, etc. I hope I can help some folks out in the future. My xj is a bit of a project but overall not in terrible condition, I plan on starting a build thread soon to help track its path. It is my first Jeep, but not my first 4x4... my first vehicle was an 1991 2dr Exploder that started its life as a 2wd. I converted it to 4x4 and had 5ish" and 33's. My plan with this xj is to DD it for around a year so I can work out the kinks and have time to collect my lift parts.
