Hey All,
Just bought an 98 XJ about 2 weeks ago.
Haven't had a chance to wheel it yet, just joined Lone Star Jeep Club and done a couple of in-town events.
I live close to Bridgeport, TX (less than an hour away) so that will be where most of my off road time will be spent.
Here is the info on my Jeep
~177,000 miles
4.0L I6
4x4 (just for the sake of clarity)
5 speed manual transmission
A lot of parts came from IRON ROCK OFF ROAD
Iron Rock Offroad 6.5" Long Arm Lift
Iron Rock Heavy Duty Tie Rod
4.10 Gears
Dana 30 Front - Open
Chrysler 8.25 29 Spline Rear - welded spider gears
33x10.5x15 BFG KM2
Corrected Speedo
JKS Quick Disconnects with studs to hold out of way when disconnected
2" Receiver Hitch on front and back
2.25" Cat Back Exhaust
Steering Box Support Bracket
JB Wide Chain Kit
Slip Yoke Eliminator
Cobra 19 Ultra III CB w/ Antenna on rear bumper
Came with spare parts, hubs, axles, axle seals, stock rear gears
He built and wheeled it in Colorado so over the past two years it has seen a lot of trails
