I just recently picked up a 2000 Cherokee Sport 4.0L. I'm new to the jeep scene.
Heres a pic a few days after I brought her home

Original plan was just to use it for a winter beater. I picked her up for $600. But I think I will atleast put a small lift on her with some bigger tires. Not sure the size of lift or tires I will go with. I'm still new to all this.

looks good- hell I paid 400 for my 1990 a few months ago. Looks like the *** end is sagging a little, I would put a 3" lift on it just to take care of that. and level things out.

It really depends on what you want out of your jeep. If you want somthing to drive around town that sits up a little higher go with a 3". If you want to go 4 wheeling then get a 4.5". Or you can go all out and get a 6.5" lift but there's a lot of other things you'll need to do to your jeep if you go that big.

most likely i'll go with a 3 or 4" lift and some 31s. my buddy has his old setup he is willing to hook me up with for a deal, once he goes bigger with the lift and tires on his.
