Hey there everybody! My name is Tim, and I just bought my first jeep last week. I live in Great Falls, MT and am totally new to this stuff, have never really done much automotive work in general. Luckily for me I've got a very patient buddy of mine who really knows what hes doing and is super willing to help me out with things. I owe him more than a few cold ones.

Anyways, I found a 1992 Cherokee Sport from a guy down in Wyoming and was able to pick it up for $1000. The thing runs great, it made the almost 400 mile journey back home without even a hiccup. It has a manual transmission which I am absolutely stoked about. It has a tiny bit of body damage on the back passenger side quarter panel.

I'm looking forward to turning it into something for hitting the trails or the mud. Super excited to finally have a project to work on. If anybody has any thoughts on what would be best for me to do with it or things I should look out for I'd greatly appreciate it!
