Default new to the boards and proud new jeep xj owner

hey guys just wanted to stop by say hello and introduce my self
im in the DFW area of Texas just picked up a 1984 2 door xj already has a nice little lift enough to fit 33's if i do some more trimming the jeep needs allot of work but has allot of potential it has 4 cylinder in it which is shot so i plan on doing a inline 6 fuel injected motor swap also the interior is pretty rough on it going to rip out the carpet and just rhino line the inside of it and get some new seats and one day put a cage in
this is my project but should be a learning experience and some fun along the way my plan is for this to just be a toy to go have fun with but it will still be street legal to where i can drive it on the street when i want to
i think i got a pretty good deal on this jeep picked it up for $300.00
btw looking for allot of parts for this jeep wheels seats bumper winch etc so if you are local or not please post up anything that you think would help me out
thanks hope to be wheeling and making some new friends off of here soon
Cody

Even a Chevy 4.3 is more simple than a i-6 from what I hear. Check it out and welcome!
